Make sure the command was added to your chat bot correctly and that your channel and Apex game account are set up in the dashboard. After major updates, recreating the command often resolves issues.

My stats look wrong or aren't updating — why?

Check that the correct Apex Legends game account is linked and set as your default in the dashboard. Some stats, like session RP, only update during an active session.

I changed my Twitch name — do I need to update anything?
